I have been quit for 2 Months, 1 Week, 6 Days, 2 hours, 40 minutes and 56 seconds (74 days). I have saved $231.77 by not smoking 1,111 cigarettes. I have saved 3 Days, 20 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 5/13/2011 6:30 AM
Starting to feel a little better today but this danged ulcer is going to take away my beloved morning coffee.....any ideas of what else I can do????? One thing I DO know is that being smoke free sure is a good thing if you have an ulcer..
