Sometimes the "Newbies" have a hard time with their quit and you anticipating a smoke after so many hours is not giving them much incentive.

try the Chantix, it does help and you have to make up your mind to just QUIT. I know its not easy to do but believe me if I can do it , you can. I for awhile did not think I could. I smoked for 41 years, and never tried to quit, even with doctors threatening me and getting emphysema, chronic bronchitis, it still took me a year to finally make up my stupid mind.
