It seems like even know I went 8 years smoke free. Then relapsed over a year ago and went 2 months with a cigarette. It seems my husband was right on how I was going to quit.
1st for over 8 years was because I wanted to have kids and I didn't wanna be the cause of my kids being born with birth defects because I wanted to smoke.
2nd for 2 months was because my husband doesn't smoke and never has. So he had reminded me I wasn't quiting for me and this time If I wanted to quit it was going to be because I want to for me no one else.
It seems since I decided to cold turkey this time I haven't had the desire to wanna light up.I notice I'm breathing better.
