Sleep Apnea Support Group
Sleep apnea is a common sleep disorder characterized by brief interruptions of breathing during sleep. People with sleep apnea partially awaken as they struggle to breathe, but in the morning they may not be aware of sleep disturbances.

Maybe your humidity is set too high and putting moisture in your nose all night? Or like you said maybe you aren't suited for it.
All that said there are so many types out that I think it comes from trial and error until we find a suitable system for our own personal needs
I have a netti cup....you can buy from your druggest to get saline solution up there...you can buy premade saline solution....but I use sea salt and water and just make sure it is all mixed up...it don't hurt as your body is made up of salt water any way....this moves any blockages and moistens any infected areas so you can wash them away....
