Ray, the nose pillows are great. There are usually 3 sizes, so you need to try them and get the right size to prevent leaks. Hope it works for you. Ruth

Make sure your DME gives you all 3 sizes of the nasal pillows that come with the mask. Sometimes they only give you the one they think is the correct size. You can take the extras and trade them on cpaptalk dot com. There is a thread called the Great Pillow Exchange over there for you to trade for the sizes you need, so you always have extras. Your insurance will allow you pillows every so often but there will be a co-pay if your DME gets them for you. On that thread, it is only the cost of postage that you are spending, about $1.50 for the postage and the bubble envelope to send the one you don't want to someone who is trading with you.
