I know about the health risks associated with OSA, but I also know I don't want to be strapped to my Darth Vader mask every night for the rest of my life. Does OSA go away if return back to an optimal health state?

Heh heh..my ex roomie called me darth Vader about my mask also..I have a nasal pillow now. I'd really need more info to answer that question. F'r instance, lose weight? it has happened. It depends a lot on the cause of the sleep apnea. I just got my second machine yesterday.

From what I have been told you may be able to get off the CPAP if you lose some weight if weight is an issue for you. Otherwise, you will be on it the rest of your life and over time it will get worse from what I was told. Nasal pillows are easier for me to deal with than the mask, but I am still having a hard time getting used to the machine.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
