This is a group for single bi-polar and anyone with other disorders 18 and up, people to get together to chat about there own different problems and to meet others in the same shoes.This is a great fun site hope to see all us singles join!!
I am on a few internet dating sites because the way my life is I am having a hard time meeting women. It is fustrating but hell, it is the 21st century so here I go.
I have noticed that I don't get many responses when I send letters out to the women on these sites. Can you ladies look at my description, and maybe my profile, and give me some constructive criticism on it?
I admit that I am a bit of a bum. I am a sailing bum and a beach bum. In warm weather I prefer to be either on my boat or on the beach. On the boat I am cruising the Chesapeake Bay Region and on the beach I am usually out in the surf line-up on a long board.
I own a 30 foot cruising sailboat that I have cruised extensively in the Chesapeake Bay region (I have some awesome pictures from some of the places that I have cruised). I love nothing more than spending time on the water and sailing off to see new places. I love the cruising lifestyle and the people that you meet become instant friends. The beauty that I have seen when I am out there sailing can't be described by words.
I am a descent cook. I also enjoy working out (I swim over a mile at a time 3-5 times a week). I also enjoy hiking, fishing, camping, and a lot of outdoor activities.
Family is a huge part of my life too. I spend a lot of time with the members of my family and a lot of my activities involve family in some way or other. My friends are important to me too. I do not have any kids of my own but I really enjoy spending time with my 23 month old niece.
Honesty and Loyality are important to me (I don't expect things out of people that I don't do myself). I believe in being extremely open. There aren't many questions that I won't answer.
Someday I plan to sail south for the winter and spend the winter in the Caribbean aboard the boat. I am working towards that dream. I would also like to have a family of my own at some point in time.

i read your info on the site and at the bottom i would change the part of what you're looking for as far as to topics, -1)not looking for activity partner, change this because you want to become friends first and theres no better way to get to know someone by doing activities with them and also keep options open to asking what they like and would like to do? and the 2nd)Must not be looking for Other Relationship-i many not understand what that is referring to but if it means only a friendship, i would take that off because starting as friends is best. good luck plus u may want to add some othere interests u have like maybe music, picknicks,concerts, theatre, bonfires, dancing, animals, horsebackriding, dirtbikes, etc. whatever u may like so they get to know u better. they already know u like the water from the website name. so good luck and hope this helps a little.
