Shyness is a feeling of insecurity that certain people experience while being among others, talking with others, asking favors of others, etc. The initial cause of shyness can vary. Scientists have located some genetic data that supports the hypothesis that shyness is at least partially genetic.
You are to be congratulated for getting job interviews to begin with. Too many people these days just sit at home and mail out resumes - and then wonder why they get few if any responses at all. Getting an interview is like getting your foot in the door to a job.
Keep trying, and always remember, wonderful things can happen when we just try!
Sometimes being quiet maybe helpful. (i dont say this very often) The employer may think as you are quiet or anxious you may try harder and do your work better than a really loud/over confident person.. Good Luck!
