Shyness Support Group
Shyness is a feeling of insecurity that certain people experience while being among others, talking with others, asking favors of others, etc. The initial cause of shyness can vary. Scientists have located some genetic data that supports the hypothesis that shyness is at least partially genetic.
I'm usually quite shy, but I've found with certain people I can be surprisingly, quite confident. There's something about these people that are just easy to talk to, and I feel like they're not judging me, I also feel like they are actually interested in things I have to say, and if there is a period of silence, it's not awkward . One theory I'm working on is the grouping of personality types. In this case it's the DOPE (Dove, Owl, Peacock,Eagle) test. I'm mainly Dove and the people I get along with best are also doves. It's just a theory. Maybe if I only make friends with my type, I can really be me around them??

I know you have a link and I will try to check this out but most links I try don't work for some reason.
I just wrote a book about the 4 different temperments of people.
I suppose this test you are talking about is something similar to that.
Something like all the different personalities and who relates best to who. I feel more comfortable around some people too.
