First, sit down, draw out your pain on a stick figure, figure out the origin of the pain, then, look for ways to reduce the resting tension of that area to reduce the level of the pain.

When the pain train is in motion, it's often an adventure to use the capasin cream - one time, I used it all over the place, and then touched the "hot" spot and found a few moments of relief.

Relaxation of the muscles will reduce the ache and bring back the normal rest stage instead of tensed muscles.

With this pain, it's hard to separate what's the nerve, what's the muscle, what's the joint, and what's the combination.

Do you live in a large metropolitan area with medical facilities that offer "pain clinics"? Anyway, just a thought. Also hoping you have insurance that will see you through these difficult times.
