i think im totally losing it ever since my stepfather doing that stuff to me i cant seem to do anything right. it just keeps getting worse. i told my therapist about it a while ago but its been getting worse since then. i am seriously starting to see things that arent there and i cant concentrate for shit im jumpy and depressed and whenever i get ticked i wanna hit someone or something close to me. it just keeps getting worse. what should i do?
I wish there was something I could do besides tell you that rage and anxiety are not uncommom. I know some of what you are going through and try, try, try not to become violent. Make sure you tell your therapist again what you just posted and see if there is an answer for you.
