Visit to the Doctors

well after my visit to the docs today iv been signed off for another 3 weeks :S 10 weeks in total my HR manager seems suprisingly ok with it .. bt my mum wants me to go bk to work and have told her i will be returning next week and going to stay with a friends:S do u think im runing away?

why does your mom want you to go back to work? If you need some times off you shouldn't feel guilty or ashamed of it. You wouldn't it was your physical health making you take time off.
Maybe talking to her about it would help more than hiding it from her.
I don't know the whole story though so I may be way off base.

Go where you feel safe. That isn't running that is self preservation. Only when you feel safe can you begin your healing journey. And hollie is right, if it was your physical parts you wouldn't feel guilty. Your mental health is just as important. Take your time and just do what you feel is right.
