My boyfriend (who was also sexually abused and raped as a child) pretty much made me tell him everything out loud, instead of emailing it like I had done before, and it seemed to help... Even though it was hard... I just don't know how to feel now.

feel strong. your emotions will come as they may, but you can be proud in your strength, because you just jumped a huge hurdle.

It takes a lot of courage to admit what happened to you. I know it's not easy, but each time you speak your truth you will become a stronger person. You should be very proud of yourself!
