Every night I dread sleeping because I usually dream about my dad as if nothing happend I usually wake up horrified to realize my situation isn't a dream as I wished it was. It's it normal for me to be dreaming about the man who betrayed me. How can I stop the dreams.
My therapist always told me that if I don't do the work of feeling my feelings during the day it will all come out at night - and I found this to be true. It did not eliminate bad nights but it did help.
