I dont understand. I once heard the victim comes first no matter what. Im so ashamed and feel so guilty. It took me so long to finally tell someone and once I did things got so much worse. I regret ever telling anyone! I would have rather had the awful secret tear me up and kill me inside rather then have it kill me inside and out! I want to scream so loud and just let all my anger out. I told my school's police supervisor about it and he didnt believe me. At first he did but because I didnt want to talk about it, he said I was lying and that I needed to stop going to the counselors office at the school because he was tired of seeing me. He also said I was a waste of time. My parents know but shove it under the rug, they never want it brought up again because they dont want others to know Im not a virgin anymore, it would be a disgrace on their part or thats what they think. My therapist quit me, I always thought Id be the one to quit him. Now im alone... I never thought the victim would come out of rape looking worse then the rapist, but I guess I did. Will it always be my fault? will it always be this unfair?
