heres my problem iv just split up with my bf coz of the stress the rape has caused on my life i cry everyday cant sleep cant eat its horrible should i be over this by now i recieved councelling in the beginning bt now dont and the doc finally reffered me to a psyciatrist and im on meds bt dont work i miss my bf lots:( were still good friends bt its not the same tbh

Sweetie its normal that you feel the way that you do everyone here has had the similar problems that you are going through and its normal that your rape has affected your ability to feel accepted in a relationship just remember that you are not alone.

thats the problem i feel alone:( all the time splitting with my bf destroyed me i cant help feeling rubbish tho :( its so horrible how can ppl even think abt such things as rape it makes me sick:@

Unfortunately feeling alone with or without boyfriend is normal right now
but you are not alone.

Loosing your bf is a hard loss. Right now the feelings of loss go so much deeper at the loss you are experiencing because of the rape.
It is easier and "more acceptable" to grieve the loss of a bf than to go through the feelings of rape. I wish you healing for both.
