I need help i was raped 2 weeks ago by my so called friend at my place of work i went to the police and reported it with the help of my friends but the police dropped the charges :( i also seeked help from my doctor as i cant sleep and eat and he reffered me to phsycolgoist and counciller i also told my mum n dad well not by my choice the police sent a letter to home even tho i told them not to .. bt my advice is i cant sleep eat and hate tlking abt it to my friends as i feel awkward how can i seek the help i need whn they cannot provide it? i feel shit all the time just wan go bed n sleep n cry and o even tho abt smoking and drugs and iv never done that before! and iv become self harming my life is going down:( pls help !!!!!

I suggest going to rainn.org and talking to a hotline... they can direct you and tell you what you can do and offer advice and support. I've done this personally and it was extremely helpful! Best of luck to you :(

so sorry...you can talk to me about this. I was going to save myself for marriage until my bf raped me @ 16.

My second rape was a gang rape organized by my "best friend" after I was drugged.

You are not alone in this, we believe you. People don't lie about these things and if they do...well I think we would all put a stop to that.

aww elle that is such a shame im so sorry to hear that i just cant get over this rite now its in my head and my doctor has said im depressed and has reffered me to a pshyc nurse while i wait for counselling i dunno wat to do in the mean time :( i feel rubbish and just wanna go ! and i cant tlk my friends really as they dont completely understand!
