I can understand why you have trouble trusting everyone and their story. After all the hurt, anguish and heartache it is difficult to trust everyone who comes along. I get that. Always be true to yourself.
Thank you for sharing.
If it can't be said openly out on the forum for every one to view, it has no purpose.
The little yellow bubble figures are cute though; Tom S. in Tn.
I stay here for the same reason you do, Cecil. For what I learn....although there are times that I just have to get off here for a few days because it brings me down. And I'm down enough these days!!
I'm starting to wonder if I have suppressed memories that I do NOT want to recall. My world crashed and crumbled because it was my daughter. If only it HAD been me and not her that was the victim. If only it had NOT been my own first born son that ruined my world as I knew it.

I don't know, honestly...I just have this gut deep need to discuss it and keep looking, looking, looking at it until...I don't know. I don't know what.
I'm waiting for the day when something clicks inside my head and I feel DONE with this crap! But I'm not there yet.
DBT is good for learning to handle emotions and there are workbooks you can learn it out of...I have one at home and *looks guilty* probably ought to be going through it more...
I am just afraid I will be a jerk to someone who doesn't deserve it. I have been trying to lay low. My tdoc has suggested I not spend too much time in my own head and reacting to every little feeling I have.
Gawd....so hard to do though.
