Are you in therapy? If not, can you get yourself into therapy? I canhear how alone and broken you feel, and I wish I could be there to help you. Is there anyone you know who has offered to help in the past and you didn't let them in because it was too scary? If so, can you get them to take you somewhere to get hooked up for therapy? If not, is there a hotline you can call. This is a dark time in your life, and you need support. You're absolutely right, it is too much for one person to bear. You need someone right now, and we have to find a way to get you that help. You need to lean right now, baby. You lean on us for sure, but my fear is it just isn't enough. Are you safe? Are you thinking of hurting yourself? Please hang in, just try and do 5 minutes at a time. Hold on.

413 2707. The other one I found is Rape Crisis Line. (863) 682 7270. Please call them, okay? I really want you to do that, they can hopefully help you get through this really tough time. I also want you to ask them for counselling, or where you can get counselling. This is a really dark time, and you are probably feeling weaker and more helpless than you ever have in your life. If I was there, I would personally take you, I'm so sorry I can't. Call them ok? ANd let us know how it goes. At least let us know that you are ok.

Thank you bic.. I doubt theres another person on Ds thats close to me, or that I would trust enough. Ive tried those hotlines before, they made it worse. I thank you so much for caring enough to do all that. Does Ds ever organize a major gathering? Like, take a list of people who would agree to meet somewhere on a specific day and place? and if not, do you think We could arrange it?

I just joined and I am so sorry to hear what happened again. Try to talk to someone I know you don't want to trust anyone right now but do you have a therapist?I am here if you want or need someone. I have been in your shoes several times. Please hang on don't give up I know it is easier said then done. I am here for you.

DS doesn't organize anything like that to my knowledge. The logistics of organizing something like that would be huge. I think it's important to not rush into anything like that, anyways, for personal and mental safety reasons. It's so much easier on the soul to do this on the web, at least for me. I'm inmy own home and when it gets too intense for me, I can sign off. Getting together would be more stress than I could handle, at least right now. I tried group therapy, and it was a pretty awful experience for me. I just didn't feel safe with all those women in the room sharing intense stuff. Just too intense. But maybe there are alternatives. Let me give it some thought. In the meantime, be very good to yourself, okay? And I'll get back to you on the other thing.

oh i know how you feel..been there to scared it will happen again..but i have to be strong..not dealing with men much is strength..my desicion..not thiers..stay away is what i do..but i live like a freakin hermit also and only go out ever so often..my 2 husband that raped me by gun point off and on for 11 1/2 years moved back to town with his sucky fugly family..they are all trash i my eyes..be strong girl..ok..we need to talk..so hit me up..
