I hate myself. Even in a group of people feel alone. I can still feel his touch. I HATE it. A girl in my speech class is doing one on rape and I get closed up and shrink into myself. A couple kids in my grade were talking about rape and such and the same thing happened. I hate it. I need help, but I can't tell anyone. I can't. He lost my trust.

Speaking up is really, really difficult. I do know how difficult it is to trust. Is there a possibility that you could write a letter and give it to someone? Or do you think you could reach out to an organisation that helps survivors of sexual abuse? Send an email?

On the other hand, many people disclose and are not believed, or the abuser is protected and shielded from the consequences. Maybe you sense that that is what would happen.
