Could you stay with your friend for a few days? is there anyone friends or family you can talk to as well about this so you dont feel so alone?

ya i was thinking about asking a few of my friend's if i could stay with them but i feel bad i dont' want to invade on anyone. but i also really dont' want to stay here with him

You definately need to get out of the house while he is around. Not for any other reason than to protect yourself!

you are not invading anyone. get out. Does your mother know of the abuse? if not, tell her. if she does know, she is at a big fault for letting him come home. call your friends mother to ask and tell her why. you will have a warm place to stay immediately, I promise you (I am a parent-I know).

ya my mom know's about the abuse, i told about it a few year's ago. i'm really scared of him coming home. the past month my body has been twitching at night and i have not gotten a good nigh sleep in a long time.

your mother is in denial of the abuse and puts your brother before you. it is hard to stand up to your mother, because she is your mother, but you need to call a friends mother and tell them what is going on - they will give you a place to stay. don't take the risk of more abuse. what was the abuse you received from him?

i know a few friend's i can call, i just feel bad cuz idk how long he's going to stay here. umm sexual abuse. is that what you mean?

It doesn't really matter how long sweetie, start with one friend and then another if need be. Any time that you can keep yourself away from him the better off you are.

I know EXACTLY how you feel! My parents pressured me to spend Christmas Eve with my cousin (one of my abusers) and yes they did know about the abuse. They even gave him presents! Now, they have invited him to my brother's upcoming wedding where I am a bridesmaid. I am freaking out! I, too, sleep less and less as the wedding date gets closer. I'm picking my fingers til they bleed out of nervousness and I am afraid I will freak out walking down the aisle and ruin the wedding! I don't know what to tell you to do other than if there is ANY way to get out of there,do it! If not, make sure you constantly have other people around you whenever you are near him so you won't be alone with him. I'm here if you ever need to talk!

Have you ever reported your abuse to the Police?

Is there anyone close to you that you trust that if you have to be in the same area with these people someone can be with you as well. And do you have a cell phone, by all means dial 911 if you have to, but do not let them hurt you again. And this goes for the one who has the upcoming wedding as well. Safety in numbers, keep someone close to you.

my god...there is no way in hell you would be a burden on friends if you asked to stay with them. i mean I'D let you come stay with me...if it got you away from that unsafe environment...
*hugs* i know the freaken out feeling...i got that when i had to see one of my abusers again. if you get out of the pressure area, then it will fade...
