I really need to vent here, I really hate people. The people at work are a bunch of back stabbing ruthless liers. I can't believe I work in the social service industry with such heartless evil people. They are all out for themselves and will stab u in the back, in an instant. This dick head director has been sexually harassing me. And instead of supporting me the supervisors all turned their backs on me and are giving me a hard time, because the director has instructed them to do so. Ugh. I'm so stressed. I am trying to do the right thing, and I do an excellent job at work, but I get nothing but shit for it. And they are like, I don't understand why u don't trust us. Lol. What a joke. These people are heartless. They could care less about me or what happened to me. I would like to think that most people care. But they dont. I just want to do my job. But they keep fucking with me. I am so damn frustrated. Any suggestions? Ugh.
however, i know how you feel. i've been getting harassed at work for the last couple months, and management is doing nothing but rewarding the person.
I'm in the human services business myself and know exactly what you're talking about. I have the same backstabbing bunch of scumbags working with and for me. They are great at putting a show, but I can't trust any of them.
