So I'm having doubts that I'm not gonna feel safe after my dad's trial. His pretrial is next month and his trial is in June, but I'm being constantly told my dad won't go to jail for what he did. I get so upset and nobody will listen to me, I get told that I have to understand what he did wasn't physical and he has been compliant with the no contact order, and how all my other siblings have a relationship with him and that'd why he won't go to jail. But just because it wasn't physical doesn't mean he shouldn't go to jail. But he exposed my naked body over the Internet with out my knowledge ( not that I would want it any way) he took advantage of my trust to tend to his trust. So why should he be the one to be happy and not me. I did nothing but everyone's certain he won't go to jail. That's not fair, not fair for me because he will be home and I will be scared of what he might do next. Any advice is welcome or just need to chat will help too.
