i mean im going to be honest here. i was never penetrated and i am not gay. but when i was 5 we came back to school from a trip and i went to the bathroom and one of the "chapparones" flashed me and touched me once. sometimes i think of how weird that was and that made me act alittle weird....does that even count as pedophilia or whatever?

I don't know what the technical definition of a pedofile is, but what happened to you was definitely sexual abuse. And, YES, any type of exposure or touching or intercourse counts. What happened to you was a terrible and possibly life changing thing. No one has the right to do those things to a child.

Yes, it counts. I often think that what happened to me wasn't THAT bad (compared to others) but my dad is there to remind me that the one thing that makes my abuse so bad was the age at which it happened. Not that it would have been ok at any age, but abuse has profound affects on developing children. Hugs.
