Was there age difference of (about) 5 or more years?
Were you told not to tell?
Answering yes to any of these (and similar)would indicate abuse.
Whether or not it can / should be termed abuse doesn't really matter though. if it's affecting your life today, get help. Talking with through with someone can make a massive difference, whether or not it's tagged "abuse".
Were the children preschool ages and playing "I'll show you mine if you show me yours" ? b/c this is deemed pretty much normal.
as is playing "Doctor" or "house" but to what extent?
The age difference as Dr. suggested is important.
Children who abuse other children are generally being abused themselves.
I am unsure if you are asking b/c of your childhood or if becasue you witnessed or was informed that your child and another were interacting in a questionable manner.
