DEPRESSION HAS EATEN AWAY AT ME TO THE POINT I HAVE NO SENSE OF SELF WORTH. I AM WORTH EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE RIGHT NOW. NOTHING. I AM AN EMPTY SHELL, A VISIONLESS PILOT WITH NO DESTINATION. WHAT AM I ALIVE FOR? GOOD GOD, IVE BEEN BEATEN, STABBED, SHOT, RAPED, FORGOTTEN, REPLACED, ,CUT, BRUISED, BROKENHEARTED, BEATEN UP, AND EVEN TOLD I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN ABORTION... BY MOM & DAD. YA, THANKS TO THEM. BUT WHY? WHY STAND UP YET AGAIN? HOW MANY TIMES DO I STAND BEFORE I FINALLY SAY ENOUGH?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ive felt like you and said the same words. It seems so unfair over and over... We live in a fallen world and lots of us know what its like to be on the receiving end of a lot of this rubbish... I feel for you and will pray for a breakthrough... Hx

It's such a long and painful process, and just when you think you might see a light at the end of the tunnel, it feels like you're back in the pit. I know, I know. Right now you're in the deep dark pit, and you can't see the people who would be dvastated if you killed yourself. You're not an empty shell I promise you. There is still a little child inside you who is terrified and in horrible pain. How can you know how wonderful you are when you are in all that pain? You just have to believe me. I felt like I cried for over 4 years. But those tears have waited so long to come out. And those tears can help heal you. As for the number of times you have to pick yourself up, I guess the answer is, every time you fall down. I know it feels like you can't do it yet again, and maybe you need to just "lie there" for a while until you get the strength to get back up. I was off work for 2 months because I was completely broken. My brain would do absolutely nothing. It was 6 weeks before I could feel it start up a little. You are feeling the pain that you couldn't face back then. And you are feeling it as a little child feels it. And it is overwhelming. But grab a lifeline and hang on. It will get better. I know you don't believe it- I didn't either. But it will happen.
