Tears are the shedding of pain held inside
Tear are my voice, they will be my guide
Tears tell a story, of a deep abiding pain
Tears are sun when all she sees is rain
Tears cleanse the soul, the heart and the mind

Tears are the mercy, for all the hurt in me
Tears are the grace, they will set me free
Tears are the well, that once was very dry
Tears are my friend, when I question why?
Tears are the love for that child I once knew
Tears are the sadness, when I feel so blue
Tears fall like rain, they never seem to end
Tears are my comfort, a damaged soul to mend
Tears are the happiness Im so deserving of
Tears are the joy, when I feel such love
Tears are my truth, purging all my pain
Tears are the answer, there is much to gain
Tears are my strength, some say I am weak
Tears are the peace, so long I had to seek
Tears are the sorrow, for this child inside
Tears will be shed, no longer to be denied.

Thanku for sharing that,only been the last few months or so i have actually become comfortable with crying,always saw it as a sign of weakness,everything u wrote is soooooooooo true,n now tears are a good medicine,n it actually makes u feel human again after u have spent so long stoping yaself from feeling anything at all,thanks.
