Well...last night I won the battle. Tonight, I lost. I just watched porn for the first time in a long time. For some reason (stress, I believe) the temptation has been much bigger lately. Even so, tomorrow is another day. Another fresh start. Hi, my name is **** and I'm a porn addict.

I wouldn’t stress too much. At most it’s a minor set back. Try to remember that you are doing what you can and keep trying. That’s all that can be expected of anyone.

No one is perfect; thus it is unrealistic to expect perfection out of yourself. Keep your head up.
