Sex / Pornography Addiction Support Group
Sexual addiction, also sometimes called sexual compulsion, is a form of psychological addiction to sexual intercourse and other sexual behavior.
1st of all,i am so thriller to FINALLY see some support group accepting the reality that Pornography Addiction is a reality & not just a myth to ignore.
This brings me very comfortably to my issue , which is of my Pornography Addiction.I didn't started watching it very early (As many young kids these days start very very early , unfortunately)
I started watching it when i was in my college,so the effects aren't that severe.However,my frequency of watching has been increased over the past several years.
I was very very hurt , depressed , when after many trial and error.i devised a way of commiting my daiy progress to the people i know online , whom i can share my abstinence journey with comfortably.Well,it worked and for the 1st time in my life , i abstained for 29 days (Even though i watched some porn partially but didn't went all the way).So,technkically , you may say , i sorts abstained for 29 days.
Long story short,i am not relapsing very very fast nowadays.That is , from a week time to now.4 or sometimes , 3 and 2 days ... I am so broken inside that i now feel , as if i have wounded my conscious by constantly killing it by watching , UNHOLY,PERVERTED STUFF..
I urge anyone to speak to me.Yes ,just listen to me (that's all i ask) and it will help me fight my addiction , by me telling them about my daily progress.Also,in the process , i will try to help and be a support for those people who might be having any issues & need someone to talk to.

I understand what you are going through.I am the same age as you are.Except , i am single.And to be honest man, you are lucky to be marriad.Trust me,this addiction can be cured through proper handling i.e Marriage.Becasue , that's why we have this power in us that was put in us by God to be used while mating & creating new life , not waste down the toilet .
I am also suffering from compulsive jerking off.And , sometimes , a week is too far fetched to accomplish during my abstinence.
Just keep a note of your DAY 1 of abstinence and keeo monitering your progress.This isn't a perfect solution.But a start...
Porn has ruined my life too and i am aslo shy and have anxiety which makes porn the next BEST THING to try (sometimes just to change my mood) Which inevitably prooves false when after climax,you feel more empty , depress and guilty.
Just stay strong and i will keep talking to you regarding this.Talking helps sometimes.There are many who are not even ready to come out of their closets and speak about this.They are worried about the shame perhaps.
