What plan should I use, still wanting him back

I have been with this man for 13 yrs. on and off. He helped me raise my children and all of that good stuff. I know he is a good man and we do love each other. But on and off I worked, but my rent has never been that much, so I thought that really would be my part of the load, not mentioning that this man makes good money. I didnt care about that, just wanted us to keep being happy in our family. He have left before, maybe two or three times, but we always end up back together. This time when he left, he said we really havn't accomplished nothing together, so the best thing he thinks is to leave. (again).. He says he don't see where I'm looking for a job or nothing. But I was and still is looking for a job, and I'm still in school, I got my associates and is now working on my bachelor's but still can't find a job. He still comes around to see the children which are grown and come and get our grandson. But he tells me we will not get back together, because out of 13yrs, we havn't accomplished nothing. He said this all the other times too. I think GOD separated us because I made my world around him, everything was about him, I just wanted us to be happy as a family. I think GOD wants me to work on myself, get myself together, get me a job and know where my strength comes from, from him and not my man. Now my man knows how much I love him, and I always let him know, although he has gone. It just hurts so much when he continue to say we won't get back together, and I think deep down inside, once I get myself together, we will be back together like always. But some days I be ok, and then it's like this voice or something just come over my soul and makes me the saddest person ever, my heart hurts so much. But I be alright when I don't see him like for three or four days, then here he comes again, he still have a key. He might bring something over for one of the children or come and see our grandson. That brings me to ask him these stupid questions like are you seeing someone, or tell him we are going to get back together. It's like he will say something to shoot me down so fast, like he know it hurts. I got to focus on myself, and stop worrying about our relationship getting back together. I just need some uplifing words to keep me going. The devil tries to attack me when I find myself getting strong. How should I play this situation, my mind seems to play word games with me

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
