Sensory Integration Disorder is a neurological disorder causing difficulties with processing information from the five classic senses, the sense of movement, and/or the positional sense. Sensory integration disorders vary between individuals in their characteristics and intensity.
recently i have had some issues with my sons iep. i brought an advocate into the situation and now i feel like i am being penalized for it.
the principal sent me a letter telling me i was reported to child welfare because of my sons 20 tardies. 20 tardies... it would be nice if someone told me he was tardy before they report me!
in any case i respond to her letter (and to child welfare) telling them we need to have the accusation removed as it is not accurate. nothing in my sons district file references any tardies and NO ONE said a word to me about any problem until after the IEP. is she penalizing me for bringing an advocate?
she has send me another letter in response to my letter to her. she did not address any of my concerns.
i am at a loss. is it legal for her to target me like this? who can I report her tooo? do i have any form of recourse?

You child is having resistence behavior, avoidenc behavior due to the sensory issues the school will not address. is he in special ed? theprincipal will continue to bully you, and you need to use it to backfire against her/him. What is the situation with the IEP. Did you disagree. ask for evals?
The schools actions sound shocking. I can't believe that cps and cops get called in for things like this...
