Its hard to think
tears come like rain
when your heart breaks
all you feel is the pain.
Pain has no mercy,
no conscience, no regret
when your heart breaks
its as low as you get.
Your chest will hurt
and its so hard to breathe
when your heart breaks
its even hard to see.
In those moments
you're so weak, you cant get air
but when your heart breaks
you really dont care.
When your heart breaks
cry, mourn, but let it go
when your heart breaks
you'll learn to be stronger, this I know.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
