i am just so worked up and angry at the moment and i just cant shake it off. All i can now think about is hurting myself but i dont want to do it, even though the feeling is getting stronger and stronger to do it. I purposely came upstairs to cut myself but stopped and i even went to punch myself but stopped myself. I just dont know how much longer i can stop myself though and it is really stressing me out and making things worse :'(

I know the feeling of all of the things in your life building up, squeezing you 'till you feel like you are going to pop. youy are stronger then all of that, I'm very proud of you for stopping beore you did, that is half of the fight. you should be very proud too, focus on that rather then all of the things you've got going on. and as for stress, a good bubble bath ( with something sented, or bath salts if you have any one hand) good luck, you are stronger then your deamons. i'm here if you wanna ever talk.

you are doing a great job abstaining...you truly rock!!! my will power is ,on a scale of zero to ten, a two...i would have given in long time ago...but you are special and you matter...keep posting on the boards to release your feelings ok

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
