Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.

It's so easy to get stuck in your head when things are bad--to shut everyone out and not be able to pull yourself out of where you are. Don't isolate yourself--we are here for you if you need someone to talk to.
I slipped up over new years and smoked weed (I quit over the summer). It was a setback, but I'm moving trying to move past it and not dwell on the bad.
I'm here if you need to chat :)
Perhaps you should think of this as your wakeup call! (I have had problems with cheating in the past and I HATE myself for it and have changed!) One thing you need to know is that things will ONLY go downhill from here if you LET them! You need to lead your heart, not follow it! (Go to my support group and check it out)

I think that you could really benefit from it!
"You must take the view that instead of following your heart, you are choosing to lead it. The world says to follow your heart, but if you are not leading it, then someone or something else is! The Bible says that "The heart is more deceitful than all else." (Jerimiah I7:9) and it will always pursue that which feels right at the moment. We dare you to think differently-choosing instead to lead your heart toward that which is best in the long run. This is a key to lasting, fulfilling relationships."
Take care of yourself!
i really appreciate it and am trying so hard to get better.
