let me re-phrase..... your family SHOULD be saying love the sinner - not the sin.
I do disagree with your lifestyle, but that would not prevent me from welcoming you into my home and loving you as if you were my own child.

When I was in high school, in my chronic cutting days one night I sat my parents down, showed them my scars, my open wounds and told them I cut - a lot.
Now, at 26, my mother is still in denial about it.
She doesn't want to think she failed me as a mother, I get it.
Doesn't make it right, but I get it.
