its only a small part untill you listen to it and let it take over
dont let it see a doctor let him help you but doent let them try and force you to do anything you dont want to do!
thats just as bad as the part of you pushing you to feel crap!

To your question, I don't doubt that there is something in you that doesn't want to stop-- it's an addiction, my love. Wish I could take that away, I would in a second. It's up to you on seeing a doctor... not sure what your friend is suggesting exactly. I think it's up to whatever you feel you need. If that'll help, great. If what you're doing is working, great.
