Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
!!!!!!!! u are a very awsome husband!!!!
Make sure that your wife knows you LOVE her. I'm not saying that she doubts your love, but just go the extra mile to make certain that she knows this. Don't be afraid to tell her how you feel. Tell her it worries you. Tell her how important she is, and that whatever the problem may be, you'll help her get through it. Tell her she is not alone, and that you are there for her. This may not help, but it's worth a try. I often wish I had that. Someone to tell me they care, and that they love me. But, I don't. Your wife does. She has you!
You say she's getting help for this issue, and that's great. But I tell, nothing means more than the support from a loved one. Without it, it's sometimes impossible to survive, or recover.
You seem like a good guy, genuinely concerned for his wife. Stand by her, and believe that she will get better.
Good luck to both you and your wife.
