Hi, I thought I would share this with you all. I have a recommendation.
Anyone who has issues with self injury. If your someone who is 'addicted' to the pain side of it...being able to control you own pain kind of thing. I recommend you get an epilator...OUCH! At least that way you get pain but no scars...don't know if it'll work for everyone it was just an idea I had. Especially as some people use rubber bands and stuff.
I myself got one for the more obvious reason (I get a shaving rash) and suddenly thought it would probably be quite useful for a less harmful infliction of pain.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
