I have come home for a holiday, my routine has changed so I have gone crazy, I have been drinking 24/7, taken coke and slept with someone who is not my long term boyfriend. I haven't ate or slept much for the past two weeks. I am just completely completely manic, I've had panic attacks and eveything is just completely completely fucked up. I don't feel like I have any controll. I'm feeling really depressed about it now that I#ve started to rest and have sort of "come down" from my manic phase, the remorse is settling in.
I just need some support off people who understand. :(

I understand my husband knows only too well when i do coke my come-downs are extreme and has told me not to do it so much... which i was and i was drinking alot to. I agree with Kismimi.... the guilt does set in but it will pass and so will the come-down. Remember your body needs to heal after every line you take or drink you drink. Give it time. You will feel better. If you need to talk ..... i am always here!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
