There are ways to cope, but certain ones work for certain people. Personally I find writing out my feelings, getting it all out, everything I am thinking out of my brain and on paper can help. Focusing on other things can also help... crocheting, drawing, coloring, doing puzzle books are all other things to focus on. If you can't make your brain focus on something else... get lost in something. Read a book that you are extremely interested in and pretend you are the main character, just to escape yourself for a little while. Talk things out with someone you trust, or, as you said without someone there to help you, you can talk to someone on here, just sign on and see if anyone is online and willing to chat. Crying also isn't a bad thing, getting out bad feelings doesn't hurt. cutting is a way to release feelings... so is crying. You can message me if you want to talk as well.

I feel your pain. I'm sorry there is no one you think you can share with in your life but I felt that way too and I'd advise you to try to talk to someone, anyone, who cares about you. Chances are they'll be more understanding and supportive than you think. You aren't crazy, no matter how you feel and you are being really strong right now. I think Nightskye has some good suggestions. Keeping your mind busy can be really helpful. I am also online frequently so feel free to send me a message. It's not the same as a flesh and blood hug but I am a real someone who understands and so is everybody else here. I hope you feel better soon!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
