Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
Are you in need of medical treatment for your wrists (even if you don't want it?) If you feel like you do and you are scared to call 911 or go to a doctor, you can try 211, the United Way number, and they can refer you to anonymous counseling or crisis line.
Even if you don't think you need medical attention, you might still call 211. It isn't an emergency line. Keep writing... we are here for you. You haven't failed, you came here for help right? That means you are still fighting it and have a chance to be ok depite this setback.

I'm not sure if its bad, as such but I do think it makes it harder to give up. "I sort of wonder why should I, I'm not ashamed!". Nonetheless, you still have to try, I guess.....
and hey just remember its just a slip up, hopefully you'll be able to last another 4 weeks, if not longer!!
*Hugs* keep fighting and stay safe!!
