Why don't you tell her what you've said here. Instead lettig it be a conversation which could become an arguement, sit her down and say it's your turn to speak, tell her to remember that you are not a young child and explain it in a way she will be able to understand, as most people that don't SI find it very difficult to understand.

If I were you, I'd avoid talking about SI with here right now. I would tell her what you've told us, that you're not little kid anymore and that you would like to be talked to like an adult. That you haven't done anything to deserve not being trusted and see where you can go from there. she may get made if you stay calm and respectful, the message will get through most likely. What worries me is you're saying she's kept you under lock and key. what are you referring too? Does she not allow you friends? or is she simply very restrictive about when and where and constantly wathcing? could you talk her into letting you try a sport or a hobbie to get you out more? I'm just not sure exactly what the situation is so I'm kinda guessing a litt her.

another thought since I can't figure out how to edit how wouold she react to you too sitting down and having a little meeting together. The person calling the meeting would talk first but after they presented the issue(you can set time limit say 5 minutes) the other person gets a set time to respond. that would help with making sure you get heard. the time limits are important because for that time period the other person is not allowed to interrupt. you can adapt to whatever would work well for you but approachign her with a deal like that might help her realize you're just complaining and that you would like to talk with her calmly and rationally.
