I am an adult 25. I have not cut in 3 four years.. give or take maybe one or two slip ups. Sometimes I just really miss it. Sometimes it just pulls at me so hard. This surprises me because its been so long, and I have been told oh you grow out of it. But damn I just am not growing out of it. It shocks me how strong the urges are sometimes. How easily I could go back. How bad I want to sometimes. Its amazing that the only thing that is stoping me is my boyfriend. I would hate to have to explain that to him. Jesus. And thats awful its not my own inner strength stopping me. Its worry of causing problems in my relationship. When will I have ever have the strength in myself .God i miss it some times... wtich sounds so crazy

I know I cannot ever cut again because the last two times I cut I cut all the way through to the bone, through muscle, fat, skin and almost bled to death. I know if I do ever give in (and sometimes I want to) it will be worse and I will probably make a fatal cut. So I abstain completely. I have not cut since 2008. I dont think it is something to "grow out of" except in the case of all these emo girls and guys that do it for trendy reasons....they finally grow up and out of it. But the serious pathological si'ers will alway have a part of them inside that wants to give in if they could get away with it. It just takes a daily affirmation that you will be good to yourself. that you will not cut today. etc etc. I think you are doing great!

Doesn't sound crazy, I feel the same, its a quick release, the last few times I did it, I felt nothing from it, no release just disgust, in a way I feel like you when you drink to stop the pain and it just doesn't work anymore, its time to move on.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
