I walked into my kitchen and there was a freshly sharpened paring knife on the counter. I picked it up impolsivley I thought about how good it made me feel and wanting to see the blood. I am now feeling the blade with my finger tips at my computer. I want to do it again just for old times sake, just to get that feeling of relief again. I wasn't even upset and I am less stressed then I have been in a long time. I will be 4 months cut free in a week and 2 days and don't want to break that but what could it hurt. Mt brain is telling me it is just once more and I wont get addicted again but I partly don't believe myself and that is why I am writing this. Can I just pleasure myself this once or will I strongly risk becoming addicted.

Thank you guys, The knife is now in the drawer where it belongs. Now that the triggering feeling is over I am glad I didn't do it. I wish I could have thrown the knife away but my mom would be pissed.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
