prehaps you should even talk to your girl friend if you think that might help.
I find that after I cut myself I often think about wanting to stab myself. I find writting things down in a diary often help with the way I feel. also its a safe place to put all your feelings and is often easier to write them then to be able to talk about them.
sending you a hug but only if it feels safe for you to have one
You have 2 kids that live with you...can you imagine how they'd react to learning this? I can tell you, because I had to tell my 2 sons about 3 years ago...they don't react well, no matter what the age.
I'm a bloodletter, like you, if you didn't know this, you don't sound like it's the cutting you need to feel better, it's the letting of blood. Personally my brain sees all the "Bad" inside of me flowing out with the blood, the more blood the better. I've found ways around more cutting...
You should really talk to your girlfriend about what's going on, if you haven't already. Someone in your house needs to know what your doing and how to keep you safe if things go overboard or get too bad. This would be for your safety and your family members safety and sanity.
I sincerely hope that things calm down and you get a moment of clarity to truly think about the consequences of this and you decide to get help before things get worse.
Take care,
Kat
