When I cut I always feel like I need or should tell my close friends who know I hurt myself. Part of me always really wants to get it off my chest like it's a huge sin but another part of me says It's personal, thy don't need to now, it's my business. Plus I know telling them will only hurt them, disapointment.
Do any of you feel this way? Do you tell or do you hide it?

I feel like this a lot. I never tell, but sometimes they find out.

I always feel guilty... whether I tell or not. I usually tell my close friend (the only one that knows) when I do because she doesn't like me to hide things from her.

I always hide it and make up a stupid story if anyone ever notices...I dont even have a close friend to tell any more because my destructive behavior has made me force everyone out of my life. Try to help yourself before you dont have anyone to tell.

I've already lost a friend because of it. And people I used to tell I no longer tell because of it, things that have happened.

I feel that way all the time! Sometimes I tell, but... more often than not, I don't.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
