Fall Asleep imagining cutting

Hey,

Does anyone else purposefully imagine cutting as they are falling asleep? I like to imagine the pain and what my arms looked like with healing cuts and scars. Sometimes this is the only way I can fall asleep. I know this probably isn't healthy. But, it has kept me from cutting for real, I think.

SO.... does anyone else do this?

I would not think about cutting on purpose before I go to sleep, but a span of around 4 years strait, I would dream about cutting myself or killing everyone with a knife. During that time I was cutting a little less because my mind had already thought I had cut and was in the healing phase.

I use to have cutting fantasies. When I was trying to quit I would fantasize about cutting in places on my arm that was free of cuts.

Every time a horrible memory from the past comes to my head I imagine cutting myself. This happens a lot. I've never told anyone cause it's not like I actually do it...I haven't cut in a while but it does come to mind when my thoughts seem unbearable.

i dream about cutting my fingers off that was used when i was a child when i got sexually abuse and also harming myself down there in my dreams

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
