I went 56 without cutting, then 8 and now this morning my mind was so fuzzy and confused that i cut the end of a measuring tape and used the metal to cut the back of my left wrist, and i scratched my left arm with the back of an earring. Then, i found a eye pencil sharpener and cut away at the plastic until the blade is showing. But, im to afraid to use it atm, i dont want the blood to be out of control. Soon mom will be home, dad and brother are already home, so hiding the blood for several minutes will be hard, i have to do it in the middle of the night when everyone, even my brother is in bed, he stays up really late, like 2 or 3, so if i stay up till 4 or 5, even though that will wreck my sleep schedule, ill be able to use the blade very carefully.
I have alot of bracelets to hide my cuts, now, i just need to wash them, but not now because i dont want them to sting.
Why is the urge to strong to stop? I dont understand.

urges are really hard to push through, because it's something that helps us and even if we have other coping skills we don't have the patience to use them....if i were you i would wear socks and lay in the bed BEFORE your brother goes to bed and try to sleep....just TRY it...you masy be surprised, at least it'll distract you for a few minutes

Self-Harm is an addiction. That's why it's hard to stop, because after time, it becomes our need. It feeds us and comforts us in times of emotional stress. We want to stop, but we feel like we can't. I don't know what else to say, but we are all here because we want to find someone who can help us. We want to figure out a way to keep living without butchering our bodies. I think we can. If you need someone to talk to, just message me. I'll be around and I'll be more than happy to lend a listening ear. I hope you'll be okay for now. I'll send lots of good thoughts your way and I hope to talk to you again. God bless!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
