Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.

Okay, so I'm 13. I have been cutting for a year now, due to my depression, social anxiety disorder, PTSD, and panic attacks. I am so upset and I don't know if I can go on with life. I know I don't wanna keep doing this. I just don't know what to do

Hey so I’m in a pretty similar place right now, just so you know that you aren’t alone and nearly everyone around you has dealt with this in some way. Even if you aren’t comfortable with getting help yet, at least know that there’s always people who feel the same.

you need to ask your parents to take you to a Psychiatrist so that you can start on treatment for your self injury and begin to learn coping skills to help you learn to do other behaviours than self harming.

I just wanna let you know that I'm also a 13 year old cutter and I'm in a pretty similar situation rn. I don't have many friends, have severe anxiety, depression and have been self harming for a year now. I understand what you're going through completely. If you ever need to talk I'm here for you.<3
