going to bed at a consisitant time helps me...and exercise so I am so tired I sleep thru the night...what I do the night before really makes my mornings different....
I got my son a HUGE alarm clock, the old fashion kind with the bells, about a foot across...and he put it across his room so he had to get up to turn it off....

I also have a dog that needs to be let out...so she makes me move..
My actual alarm clock is my cellphone, the most annoying tune I could find, on the other side of the room
